England is nearly to begin thier 50+ days tour which includes 4 tests, 3 ODI's, 5T20I's matches. England tour of India begin with four test match which will be played in Chennai & Ahmedabad 

An excellent encounter can be expected from top 2 teams of test match  

In 2016 when England came to India, India white washed the series with 4-0 (5 tests) where Ravi ashwin and Ravindra jadeja combined to capture 54 of the 93 english wkts 

Jadeja a left arm spinner, has taken 157 of his 220 wickets in India. He has bagged seven of his nine five wickets haul in home 

Due to jadeja's thumb fracture in AUS vs IND 3rd test match he is unavailabable for first 2 tests against England. Now it is a question mark that who has to replace the place of jadeja 

Though there are some options like W.sundar who performed a great in test debut against Australia, definitely he may be considered as first option to replace jadeja as per reports Axar patel too can be replaced in place of jadeja 

The combined test expirence of 3 spinner excluding ashwin is just 7 test matches

Virat kohli's playing 11 likely to include 5 bowlers for first test in chennai which begins on Feb 5 . There is probability that india would use  3 fast bowlers (including pandya) and 2 spinners (kuldeep or W.sundar) 

Sundar provides an all round option he has done great with both bat and ball in Australia earlier this month which was his debut test match 

 

Kuldeep yadav who had not played test match in last two years and last first class match played in sydney with Australia A he went wicket less in 16 overs and got no chance in to play in AUS vs IND 

Though, Ravi shastri The Indian coach in a recent interview said that kuldeep's time will come , possibly this could be a hint that he will be playing the first test match

As per stats Rohit Sharma has a great average as a opener in india along with shubman gill who had played some promising knocks will be the first choice for opening spots 

Rishabh pant who was the hero of AUS vs IND test will be the first choice for wicket keeping
